That's me way in the back, in bright red dork-tex. The guy in full-face with a go-pro is Colin Marthaller, the engineering buddy from work I ride with most often. The fellow taking the picture is another engineer at Daimler and an old friend of Colin's: John Furtado. Not in this frame is yet another engineer at Daimler, and my fellow Canadian-from-Western Star and UVic alumnus Danny Blurton.
Normally a ride at Sandy Ridge takes an hour up, and 45 minutes down. This took... a lot longer. Having to pedal hard to go downhill is hard.
But fun. Well, funny.
