	It turns out that there's a 200-item limit for display on a given page with the RooKwiki, and that had started messing with the display of the Rants. Not in a catastrophic way, but in a way that I had aesthetic issues with. So I have been systematically de-categorizing the individual Rants from the general Rant category, leaving them to occupy instead their YEAR-rant category (plus whatever other categories they might qualify for). As I've done this (and paused transferring old Rants for the Rookery web1.0 Archive, because I'm lazy), I've been re-reading all the old stuff. Clearly, my target audience for all of this writing was me. And, boy, do I even know how to pander to that audience.

Just finished 2008, though. That was different. It was quite unintentional getting to this portion right around the anniversary of Dad's passing. It feels like a lot has happened in those three years.
